Like most small businesses, we started our company without a venture capitalist, a marketing guru or even a bookkeeper. All we had was an idea and a determination to make it work.
The first business plan listed our goals as have fun, pay our bills and make a difference. Oddly enough, four years later, that is exactly what we are doing. Sure we've updated our business plan with strategies and targets but our core beliefs still guide us. We genuinely enjoy our work, have managed to survive the great recession and are especially proud of helping non-profit organizations reach the consumers that need their services most. Life is good.
